Overview

The PV-T Excell hybrid panel produces electricity and usable heat from the same 2.7 m² of roof. A monocrystalline 144-cell module forms the front of the laminate while a copper thermal absorber bonded behind it recovers the heat the cells would otherwise waste. Because the integrated circuit cools the cells, electrical efficiency rises, so a single mounting area does two jobs instead of one.

The panel is rated at 590 Wp with 22.84% module efficiency, delivering 43.10 V and 13.69 A at maximum power under STC, with 51.72 V open circuit and 14.44 A short circuit; at NMOT the figures are 439 W, 39.9 V and 11.00 A. Solimpeks quotes a combined peak output of 1200 W per unit from Kiwa test report L0000435/B rev.02, and headline efficiencies of 22% electrical plus 43% thermal. Mechanically the panel measures 2288 × 1195 × 60 mm and weighs 40 kg. Front glazing is 3.2 mm high-transmission, AR-coated, heat-strengthened glass over POE/EVA encapsulant and a KPF back sheet, framed in 35 mm anodised aluminium alloy so standard photovoltaic mounting hardware can be used. An IP68 junction box, 4 mm² solar cable and MC4 EVO2 / TS4 connectors match conventional PV wiring practice, with safety class II and a 15 A maximum series fuse.

The panel is offered in 540 W and 590 W versions; the technical table below refers to the PV-T Excell 590 W model. Please contact us for the 540 W datasheet.
