Overview

Wunder ANSG sits between the ANP and ALS grades: it pairs a selective-coated aluminium absorber with normal-iron tempered glass, delivering most of the yield of the premium range at a more accessible price. The Almeco-Tinox type selective coating provides 95% absorptance with only 4% emittance, so the plate keeps absorbing solar gain instead of radiating it back out. Three sizes are offered: ANSG 1808, 2108 and 2510.

Thermal efficiency is 70% referred to gross area and 77% referred to absorber area. Gross areas are 1.79, 2.07 and 2.42 m², with absorber areas of 1.65, 1.93 and 2.27 m², empty weights of 24, 27 and 32 kg and absorber volumes of 1.0 to 1.3 litres. Eight to ten laser-welded copper risers of 8 mm feed an 18 mm manifold terminated in 3/4" unions.

A 50 mm glass wool blanket at 50 kg/m³ limits rear losses, 3.2 mm tempered glass protects the absorber, and the reinforced aluminium case with EPDM seals and couplings is built for UV exposure, wind load and thermal shock. Every model handles 10 bar and 130 °C at a 72 kg/h·m² design flow. ANSG is Solar Keymark certified under registration 011-7S2322 F and carries a ten-year warranty.
