Overview

Wunder ANP is the entry grade of the Wunder flat plate family, using a black-painted aluminium absorber instead of a selective coating. It targets projects where installed cost matters more than peak yield, such as thermosiphon systems, warm climates and pre-heating duties, while keeping the same laser-welded copper harp, tempered glass and reinforced aluminium casing as the higher grades. Three sizes are listed: ANP 1808, ANP 2108 and ANP 2510.

Absorptance is 74% with 26% emittance, producing a thermal efficiency of 64% referred to gross area and 67% referred to absorber area. Gross areas are 1.79, 2.07 and 2.42 m², absorber areas 1.65, 1.93 and 2.27 m², and empty weights 24, 27 and 32 kg. Eight to ten copper risers of 8 mm feed an 18 mm manifold with 3/4" unions, holding 1.0 to 1.3 litres of fluid.

Glazing is 3.2 mm normal-iron tempered glass, backed by 50 mm of glass wool at 50 kg/m³. The reinforced aluminium frame and EPDM seals are engineered to withstand UV, high wind and repeated temperature cycling, and each collector is rated to 10 bar and 130 °C. ANP is Solar Keymark certified with a ten-year warranty, and its fastening system fits all standard roof types for fast installation.
